The ”Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania reached over 80 students applying in mobilities and host yearly over 50 students from all over the world. The University’s coordinator of the Erasmus mobilities highlights the importance of the student selection process as needed to be very well organised and carefully supervised, in order to ensure that the students are motivated enough to apply for the mobility and this special experience. The collaboration and establishment of future friendships and partnerships is a crucial step in the students' mobilities.
