Video interview created by Istituto Datini in Prato, as partner in the SoftMob – Software for Mobilities project. Valentino is the Owner and chef of the Le Fontanelle restaurant and he was involved in the Erasmus+ projects as company. One difficulty encountered was that of having accommodation available for students.
