Description
Asana is a project management tool. It can help you to plan, organize, and manage your team's work, from start to finish. It also acts as a collaboration tool. You can coordinate team tasks, so everyone knows who's doing what. Share feedback, files, and status updates. Plus, get a complete view of work, so teams tackle the right tasks at the right time.
Review
• Asana is free for teams up to 15 persons.
• The capabilities available in the basic (free) version are enough to cover an Erasmus+ project needs.
• Asana is available as an online platform, but there is also a version for mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Asana can integrate with a massive number of third-party applications (more than 150).
Asana can help you organise mobility as you can add tasks and subtasks, assign that work to specific persons, also adding a deadline for every particular task (and subtask). You can attach files (from local PC or a cloud service), make comments and declare a task as completed.
