Description
The letter of recommendation developed by EuroEd it aims to increase the integration options on the labor market for mobility participants. The model proposed by EuroEd offers an overview of the activity carried out during the mobility period, with special attention to the skills developed and the way it managed and fulfilled hers/ his tasks.
The recommendation letter has a narrative structure, with the following structure:
1. Details about the person and organization writing the recommendation
2. Description of the recruitment process and mobility’s period
3. Description of the tasks (in which projects the mobility participant was involved, description of the responsibilities and how he carried them out; it also takes into account how he interacted with other employees)
4. Overall feedback
5. Job recommendations that enhance the mobility participant's skills
6. Contact details for other additional information
