Description
The questionnaire conducted by the EuroEd Foundation is addressed to mobility participants in order to identify their professional development needs. The questionnaire consists of 12 items with the following structure:
- Items 1 to 7 are intended to collect personal identification data of mobility participants (name, surname, nationality, e-mail address, field of work and position occupied).
- Item 8 aims to identify the reason for participating in the mobility offered by the EuroEd Foundation.
- Items 9-11 are focused on the specifics of mobility (project management) and aim to identify strong points and aspects that require improvement.
- Item 12 addresses the overall participation in mobility and how it contributes to the participants’ professional development.

Review
Strengths:
- The questionnaire is focused on the professional development needs of mobility participants, so that they benefit from a personalized mobility experience.
- The questionnaire is logically structured
- The questionnaire invites the mobility participants to introspection, self-knowledge and self-evaluation.
Weaknesses:
- It is possible that the interests of mobility participants change along the way and we believe that another questionnaire would be necessary to monitor this aspect.
