Description
The lesson plan analyzed has a simple structure and suggestive visual elements. It is a useful tool for trainers in organizing their training activity. It contains the following headings: Date, Instructor / Trainer, Activity, Objectives, Evaluation and notes.
Review
Strengths
A strong point is the Notes section - in which the trainer can write down aspects in need of improvement, while the information is fresh, and make said information accessible when needed.
Suggestive visual elements

Weaknesses
From a pedagogical point of view, the order of the rubrics is incorrect, the first rubric should be Objectives and then Activity.
Given the simplistic structure that this tool has, it is easier to use by experienced trainers, who do not need to break down their training activities into smaller steps in the lesson plan.
This tool can be very efficient and useful for an experienced mobility teacher, but it can be a trap for beginners. It can be used successfully in the mobility preparation stage and has a high transferability potential. In the adaptation of this tool, a switch in the rubric order would be welcome (mentioned above) and the addition of two sub-stages to the "Activity" category: attention grabbing / introduction and activity implementation.
