Description
The guide is useful for incoming students who applied for international learning mobilities, since it provides all the information needed: a way in which one can get to the desired destination, useful information about Romania (landmarks, currency, language), about the host institution (history, the structure of the academic year, the faculties and disciplines), practical information for mobility learners (admission procedures, registration, health insurance, accommodation, expenses, student organizations) and practical information for the international staff.
Review
1. Strengths
- The guide provides a variety of useful information for incoming mobility learners.
- Information is well organized, structured in chapters and subchapters, and it includes graphic elements
- It is written in English (a great strong point, especially since it is aimed at potential international students / staff.
- In the guide, one can find direct links to download the necessary documents for the admission process.
- Students know exactly what subjects they are going to study and in what period of time.
- Mobility learners have access to student organizations, grouped according to the desired faculty profile. These organizations can be a good starting point in the identifying / joining a social circle.

2. Weaknesses
- An updated version is not available on the institution's website; this is for the 2013-2014 academic year. Some information is still current, but information such as the structure of the academic year or costs related to accommodation does not reflect the present-day reality.
- The method of dissemination of the mobility experience is not specified in this procedure: how information / cognitive acquisitions (and not only) reach colleagues who have not had the chance to participate (considering that the number of those who benefit from such an experience is quite small, this component is crucial).

The discussed document has potential for transferability, it can be used as a model in the preparation of mobility, and the model can be taken and adapted to institutional needs.
