Review
1. Strengths
The document in question ensures transparency and equal opportunities. It offers a fair and honest selection process.

2. Weaknesses
There is no mention of the existence of a form for establishing personal interests (the Erasmus mobility experience has a personal development component as well, it is not focused just on cognitive acquisitions).
The procedure specifies that it is addressed to both Romanian and foreign students (mobility learners), but it is only available in Romanian.
The method of disseminating the mobility experience is not specified in this procedure: the way in which cognitive information / acquisitions (and not only) reach those who have not had the chance to participate (considering that the number of those who benefit from such an experience is quite small, this component is crucial).
Such a procedure is necessary in any institution that organizes mobilities, regardless of its size or number of beneficiaries, to ensure equal opportunities and to delegate tasks / responsibilities.
The document discussed has transferability potential, meaning the model can be transferred and adapted to various institutional needs.
