Description
The suggested procedure has the role of establishing internal organization rules at the institution level, in order to draw responsibilities. This is not aimed at mobility learners, but at the institutions which organize. In this case we have the example of an institution, a large university, and this procedure identifies those responsible for each faculty, and provides all the necessary documents, annexes and minutes.
A clear, simple selection procedure, designed to be in agreement with all European rules, ensures a transparent selection process and equal opportunities for everyone.
Review
1. 1. Strengths
The procedure is clear, delegates responsibility and offers equal opportunities for everyone
2. 2. Weaknesses
There is no mention of the existence of a form for establishing personal interests, the experience of an Erasmus mobility having a personal development component, not just cognitive acquisitions.
The method of disseminating the mobility experience is not specified in this procedure: the way in which cognitive information / acquisitions (and not only) reach those who have not had the chance to participate (considering that the number of those who benefit from such an experience is quite small, this component is crucial).

The procedure is clear and offers a fair and transparent process. Such a tool is necessary from the beginning steps of preparing of mobility and includes the way of organizing the other stages, implementation and follow up.
Such a procedure is necessary in any institution that organizes mobilities, regardless of its size or number of beneficiaries, to ensure equal opportunities and to delegate tasks / responsibilities.
The document discussed has transferability potential, meaning the model can be transferred and adapted to various institutional needs.
