Description
The tool has been designed to provide a schedule of the training course addressed to teachers and to all the actors involved in transnational mobility programs. It includes the timetables of the different speeches, the name of the speakers and the topics treated. The first part of the meeting is dedicated to the display of the main aims of the mobility projects and their organizational features (preparation - transnational mobility and its value added - mobility projects’ assessment and budgeting). The second part deals with how mobility develops. Observations are made on the usefulness of survey tools / logbooks. Examples of documentation are provided - the role of supporters, tutors and school contacts - and forms are presented. The third and final part of the meeting is dedicated to the convivial meeting with the students participating in the different mobility projects (to Portugal and to Netherlands)

Review
The above-mentioned tool seems to be quite useful for all the actors dealing with transnational mobility projects.
it gives all of them a clear idea of what mobility projects are and, above all, what their value added is.
A point of weakness might be the extreme simplicity and conciseness, although the tool’s function is to be a “programme of activities”, which will be clarified during the meeting itself.
The tool can be used in the implementation phase of the mobility, by sending institutions and their employees.
