The video guides mobility organisers in setting up an evaluation process to be able to detect errors. In this video tutorial also focuses on the satisfaction questionnaires.
This video guide addresses all the main aspects, practices and possible solutions to appropriately plan, oranise and implement the evaluation strategy of a mobility project:

- The satisfaction survey is one of the ways to understand how both learners and companies have found their experience in the Erasmus+ programme. But it is also an excellent tool to visualise possible improvements needed in any part of the mobility programme. The importance of the vision of the person who experiences these programmes makes it possible to detect those small mistakes that could not be detected before.

- Satisfaction is the degree of happiness demonstrated by a person with respect to a product or service. On the one hand, there are the expectations, which are prior to the experience, but it is the moment after the experience that will highlight how satisfied you were with the programme.

- The satisfaction survey is one of the ways of analysing these experiences, identifying failures and being able to identify opportunities that are not being taken advantage of.
There are several steps to follow for the correct implementation of a satisfaction survey:
1. Define the methodology to be applied for the survey.
2. Define the objectives of the satisfaction survey and the expected results.
3. Assemble the questionnaire with the questions.
4. Analyse the results and define actions based on the analysis.

- Within the mobility projects there is only one compulsory satisfaction questionnaire, which is filled in by the learners via the Mobility Tool+ web tool. The completion of other satisfaction questionnaires, apart from the one mentioned above, is a good tool to be able to assess the work done by all parties involved in the project.

- The aim of carrying out the questionnaires is to analyse the results to improve the mobility experience. We collect the data from both the student and the company tutor and create a report of the results that will help us to enhance the results of the Erasmus+ Programme.
