The Video Guides focuses on how to identify, contact and involve potential participants
Our institute has been involved in numerous projects, both national and international for many years now, and it has had the opportunity to participate in several Erasmus + ones with the aim of making Italian products known and appreciated abroad.

For taking part in these activities, institute need to carried out a selection of participants merit- rewarding: that means that all the participants involved in these projects must meet specific requirements, such as:
- Having a good school GPA (Grade Point Average) ( grade 7/10 or above)
- Having a B1 level English language certificate
- Having proved their “practical” skills with their hands-on experience, that is showing their good performances in the cooking classes, in dining workshops and practical internships. The technical-practical teachers of the subjects involved suggest, from time to time, the students who could meet such requirements. The suggested students are then selected by the School Manager on the basis of an internal ranking that takes into account the above- mentioned requirements.

Our institute strongly believes in training: investing money and time on each student has a positive impact on the entire school structure.

From a practical point of view, the involvement of the students takes place through the administrative office dealing with students’ data, which has all the data relating to each individual participant (personal data, school curriculum, previous experiences) and creates all the paperwork necessary to cover the bureaucratic aspects involved in managing an international exchange, and updating the curriculum of the participants from time to time.

Once the students have been selected and the administrative part of the forms has been filled in, a pre-departure meeting is held with the students and their parents in order to explain in detail the planning and the program of the international exchange, making the students’ families participate in the project.
