Description of the organization
Colegiul Tehnic de Căi Ferate “Unirea” Pascani was founded in 1920. During its long history it proved to be a real educational provider. Nowadays it has become the greatest school campus in the area. We have 1300 students covering secondary and high school, together with the technical classes. The technical profile has the following educational options : informatics, economics, natural sciences and the vocational units dealing with transport and car service. The students have the theoretical training which is being put into practice by the laboratory classes. The ones studying economics have the chance to work with private companies and prove their talent and abilities. That’s why they go to national and international school competitions where they get the highest awards. Our students come mainly from the rural areas around Pascani. They have boarding school facilities which enable them to have the chance to a better education. The college has 80 qualified teachers who work in 30 classrooms, 15 laboratories and 5 technical workshops.

How the organisation will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the project results
Our college is involved in a lot of international and national projects, with partners from many countries, and this offers us the opportunity to share information about the utility and innovativeness of SoftMob project and its software and tools, which can help all of us better organise and manage our mobilities.
