In this video interview, Ieva talks about the main challenges facing a technical school teacher. She believes that the main challenge is to support students and gain additional knowledge. Ieva points out in the interview that the main problems and difficulties are language skills and that the mobility participant needs to know the language of the country to which he or she is going, at least at the level of conversation. Ieva believes that it would be an advantage if teachers were offered language courses before the trip to help them prepare for the trip.
