The template is a useful tool to be used by participants in mobility in order to receive reimbursement of the expenses sustained during the mobility.

Its points of strength are mainly its clarity and its being detailed: it specifies all expenses divided by category - means of transport/ type of accommodation/meals/parking fees etc.
It also contains a personal declaration of the undersigned to have/ not to have received the owed reimbursement.
The template could be easily applied to other actors in the mobility process.
