Guide on Mobility projects overview

Implementation
Main contents
The guide helps to reach a comprehensive understanding of a mobility project implementation process
In the implementation of the European project, mobility is prepared from various points of view.
First, the contract between the student and the project promoter is signed and sealed.
Second, the search for a company that suits the profile of the student is carried out, analysing the Curriculum Vitae and the professional profile required by the company.
Third, the documentation related to the project is prepared.
The agreement and the quality agreement are signed between the student, the company where the internships will be carried out and the dispatch centre where the activities of the mobility period are detailed.
At the same time, the accompanying teachers are selected. They are in charge of controlling the procedures and ensuring that the documentation is filled in properly.
Once this process is finished, we proceed with the accommodation alternatives and, in the meantime, the consortium coordinator contracts the insurance and travel.
All students who carry out a mobility period of more than 15 days, compulsorily complete a training course in the language of the destination country or in English.
For this, the European Commission has made available a linguistic platform (OLS) in which students register and take an initial test. With this initial test, a training course is developed according to your level. At the end of the mobility, they take a final test that determines the level of language reached by the student.
The coordinator is in charge of giving the licenses to be able to carry out the initial test and ensures that the initial and final tests are carried out.
During the mobility, communication between the Erasmus coordinator of the centre, the tutors at the destination, the accompanying teachers, the company tutors and the participants is constant and is carried out through WhatsApp, telegram, social networks, email and phone calls. This communication contributes to the objectives and quality of mobility.
When the mobility comes to an end, documents are drawn up so that the company tutors can evaluate the internships: evaluation of technical competences, evaluation of linguistic competences and evaluation of transversal competences. In addition, a certificate is signed that must include the name of the student, the dates of the mobility, and the name and title of the project.
Also, students take a survey to assess the experience of mobility. That is, each student receives a link in their email to fill out the survey. This survey is mandatory.
Finally, a final conference is held in which all students participate and the results of the project are presented.
